Carrier Liability & Freight Clauses
Understanding the fine print is vital in the trucking industry. Every shipment under Synapse Supply Chain Solutions LLC is governed by specific liability limits aligned with the Carmack Amendment. We aren't just moving boxes; we're transporting the lifeline of your business.
Clause 4.2: Maximum Liability
Carrier liability for cargo loss or damage is strictly limited to $100,000 per shipment unless a higher value is declared in writing prior to dispatch and additional insurance premiums are paid by the shipper. We don't accept verbal declarations.
Payment terms are set at Net 30 from the date of the invoice. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. In the supply chain world, speed is currency—and we value transparency above all else.
Service Agreements
Our logistics services include final-mile delivery, drayage, and long-haul trucking. We reserve the right to select routes and sub-contractors that meet our rigorous safety and performance thresholds. It's how we keep Alpharetta moving.

Compliance
All our drivers and vehicles are FMCSA compliant and undergo biannual safety audits. Reliability is hard-coded into our DNA.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled via binding arbitration in the state of Georgia. It’s the standard.
